Gayle Ketchie handles complex tort, product liability, and toxic tort matters. She brings a creative, strategic approach to her cases, combining offensive and defensive advocacy to achieve favorable results through motion practice. She represents national and local manufacturers, retailers, property owners, and entrepreneurs across a broad range of service, sales, and product-based industries.

Gayle has extensive experience in toxic tort and product liability litigation and is adept at quickly mastering complex products and their use, as well as client operations, to assess liability exposure and evaluate exit strategies early in the case. She has handled all phases of litigation through trial, including initial pleadings, removals, motions to dismiss, discovery, and dispositive motion practice.

Before joining Wilson Elser, Gayle represented school districts and public agencies, assisting them on diverse topics including labor and employment, student, and charter school-related issues.

Away from work, Gayle is outside as much as possible: at the beach, hiking, or on family walks.
