Gerald A. (Andy) Stein is a civil litigator and seasoned trial attorney. He has defended companies and individuals in matters involving trucking and motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, heavy construction matters, product liability, long-term care, and asbestos exposure. Andy has tried cases to jury verdict in North Carolina Superior and District courts, South Carolina Courts of Common Pleas, and Federal District Court, and he has argued before the North Carolina Court of Appeals.

Andy takes great pride in representing his clients through the legal process. “I give my clients a voice when they need it most.” After law school Andy settled in Charlotte and has practiced law since 2007 in North and South Carolina. Outside of work Andy enjoys hiking the Blue Ridge Mountains, and spending time with his son, Stephen, playing basketball and soccer.
