Gerry Driskill provides clients with innovative and timely strategic counsel to help them make better-informed decisions, resolve complex legal challenges and achieve specific business goals. When claims arise, he identifies resolution options that ultimately conclude in outcomes that adhere to prescribed guidelines. Gerry understands that clients prefer quick and cost-effective resolutions to complex and potentially protracted liability cases and does his best to accelerate turnaround through procedural dismissals, substantive dismissals, successful tenders and negotiated settlements.

Before moving to Florida in 2012, Gerry obtained an undergraduate degree in Law in England and practiced as a solicitor in an international law firm in London specializing in litigation and dispute resolution. Gerry was a senior associate in the commercial litigation team handling high-value claims for international insurance companies and large corporations. He also provided insurance coverage advice to insurers and reinsurers.

Upon arriving in the United States, Gerry worked full-time as a law clerk in a defense litigation firm in Orlando to gain practical experience in the American legal system while attending law school part-time. Gerry joined Wilson Elser in 2016 as a paralegal to continue gaining hands-on experience with the firm and its clients before passing the Florida Bar in 2017 and becoming a qualified lawyer once more.
