Areas of Focus

London Insurance Market
Graham works closely with insurers and their insureds on coverage, risk management, defense of claims and lawsuits – on both an individual and national basis – audits and program management. He leverages Wilson Elser’s strong relationships with many coverholders across the United States and routinely partners with third-party administrators and adjusters for and on behalf of Underwriters.

Wilson Elser provides insurers with ready access to our network of attorneys in 41 strategic locations throughout the United States. Our London office renders real-time assistance and serves as a prominent base for our visiting attorneys to the London Market. While our firm continues to embrace changing market trends and advances in technology, we still recognize the importance and value of personal meetings and client service. Wilson Elser’s London-based staff coordinates extensively with colleagues in the United States, effectively serving as a conduit to the firm’s broad range of resources.

Professional Liability
Graham is committed to professional liability litigation and takes pride in his ability to bring professional liability matters to a successful jury verdict. He also relies on Wilson Elser’s vast resources to pursue alternative dispute resolution, culminating in expedited, cost-effective conclusions that typically align with clients’ objectives.
