Graham Pulvere is licensed to practice in Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi. He leads a team of attorneys focused on insurance coverage, bad faith, and professional liability matters. His coverage practice includes advisory, litigation, and monitoring services involving a wide range of first- and third-party claims for clients in the United States and the London insurance market. Graham also serves as co-chair of Wilson Elser’s First-Party Property Practice and Bad Faith group.
Graham’s team represents professionals in a variety of matters, including legal malpractice actions, attorney disciplinary proceedings, and errors and omissions claims involving insurance agents and brokers, third-party claims administrators, and real estate professionals. The team also represents a multistate regional law firm in matters involving foreclosures, evictions, title work, and real estate closings.
Before joining Wilson Elser, Graham was a shareholder at a major insurance defense and litigation law firm, where he practiced in the insurance coverage and professional liability groups and handled matters in the U.S. and London insurance markets.

London Insurance Market
Graham works closely with insurers and their insureds on coverage, risk management, claims defense, audits, and program management at both the individual claim and national levels. He leverages Wilson Elser’s long-standing relationships with coverholders throughout the United States and regularly partners with third-party administrators and adjusters on behalf of London market underwriters.
Wilson Elser provides insurers with ready access to the firm’s network of attorneys in 41 strategic locations throughout the United States. Its London office renders real-time assistance and serves as a prominent base for the firm’s visiting attorneys to the London market. While Wilson Elser continues to embrace changing market trends and advances in technology, it still recognizes the importance and value of personal meetings and client service. The firm’s London-based staff coordinates extensively with colleagues in the United States, effectively serving as a conduit to the firm’s broad range of resources.
Professional Liability
Graham regularly defends professional liability claims and has successfully tried professional liability matters to jury verdict. He also relies on Wilson Elser’s vast resources to pursue early resolution through mediation, arbitration, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, culminating in expedited, cost-effective conclusions aligned with clients’ objectives.
