He has first-chair trial experience and is regularly involved with jury trials with multimillion-dollar exposure.

Grant is a member of the firm’s Transportation Practice. Before joining Wilson Elser, he was Of Counsel at a leading Texas civil trial firm, where he defended trucking companies in hundreds of cases throughout Texas. Grant has extensive experience with emergency responses, pre-suit investigation, accident reconstruction, biomechanics, fleet safety standards, and federal motor carrier safety regulations.

Premises Liability and Construction
Grant’s practice includes defending lawsuits and claims against commercial property owners, commercial tenants, landowners, homeowners, contractors, hotels, apartment complexes, childcare facilities, churches, restaurants, and other businesses.

Commercial Litigation
Grant’s practice includes defending commercial and breach of contract lawsuits, as well as reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
