Holly Walker represents and advises employers in all areas of labor and employment law, including employment discrimination and harassment litigation. She also assists employers with drafting handbooks and agreements, presents antidiscrimination and harassment training, conducts internal audits and investigations, evaluates accommodation requests, and assesses performance management and termination. In addition, Holly has significant experience with various types of commercial litigation matters, along with an elevated understanding of appellate law.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Holly worked for several national law firms. She has represented a variety of clients, including local businesses and Fortune 500 companies, in all areas of labor and employment litigation and complex commercial litigation. Her experience with the intricacies of the court system is extensive, as she was the first person ever to serve as a judicial law clerk for all three levels of the Nevada state judiciary.
