Ian A. Stewart

Ian Stewart (Partner-Los Angeles) and Dean Rocco (Partner-Los Angeles) will join co-presenters on October 14, 2020, for a three-hour seminar designed for agents and brokers who wish to operate in and around the cannabis and hemp/CBD industries. The panel will educate brokers on issues involving federal illegality, the state-regulated markets, license types, insurance risk management, important legal issues for cannabis operators and best practices for brokers operating in a challenging regulated sector. Brokers who wish to advise cannabis and hemp/CBD insureds must have a strong foundational knowledge of these industries and the unique risks involved.
