The article discusses the effort to convince the U.S. Supreme Court to rule that the case of Washington v. Barr – which argues the prohibition of marijuana unconstitutionally blocks access to lifesaving medication and flies in the face to f the government’s own admissions that the drug is safe – can proceed at the district court level without the need for the plaintiffs to exhaust administrative remedies.
