Ian Jones is a seasoned litigator who focuses his practice on defending claims across a broad spectrum of litigation, including trucking and transportation, premises liability, complex torts, property disputes, subrogation, construction defects, and general casualty matters. He has litigated hundreds of cases in various state and federal courts throughout Texas and has tried more than 14 jury trials in both first- and second-chair roles. Ian currently serves as counsel to a multinational technology company.
Before joining Wilson Elser, Ian practiced at several Texas defense firms, gaining significant experience representing businesses and insurance companies throughout all phases of litigation. Prior to commencing his legal career, Ian was an instructor with Teach For America and an AmeriCorps member serving in underprivileged communities. He remains dedicated to providing advocacy and services for those in need.
