Ileen V. Younan

Ileen Younan represents established businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability and transportation matters.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Ileen was a Deputy County Attorney for the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. As a prosecutor, Ileen resolved hundreds of misdemeanor and felony matters, conducted numerous bench trials and evidentiary hearings, and secured a guilty conviction against a drunk driver in a DUI jury trial.

During law school, Ileen gained valuable insight into state and federal law and procedure as a judicial intern in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and the Maricopa Superior Court. Additionally, Ileen honed her communication and litigation strategy skills participating in the law school’s Trial Advocacy Program.
