William Tolin Gay (Of Counsel-Los Angeles) has been named 2020–2021 Chair of the International Law and Immigration Section of the State Bar of California. Bill is an active member of the California Bar and has served as a member of the Executive Committee of the International Law Section, 2015–2020; former Executive Committee member of the Business Law Section; and former chair, Committee on Cyberspace Law.
