Jacqueline Hattar

​Jacqueline Hattar (Partner-White Plains) penned an article titled “Paying It Forward: Effective Mentorship and Sponsorship for Personal and Professional Growth,” which appeared in the March 2024 issue of Westchester Lawyer Magazine. Jackie outlines her career and demonstrates how mentors encouraged her and shared the tools she needed to succeed. “During my career, it has been an honor and privilege to have both women and men as mentors and sponsors who were generous with their time and genuinely cared about my development and growth as an attorney. This includes two outstanding women partners, one who chairs the firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, and another who chairs the women’s initiative, Women Attorney’s Valued & Empowered (WAVE). These partners became allies – available and active listeners – who valued my opinions and perspectives.”
