Jahne Maddock represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, automobile liability and personal injury. Jahne' is known for her presence and effectiveness in the courtroom and is dedicated to achieving excellent results for clients.

Before joining Wilson Elser, Jahne' worked at a boutique insurance defense firm in San Diego, where she gained valuable experience defending clients in first-party bad faith claims and third-party liability claims. She served as second chair in multiple jury trials involving complex first-party bad faith claims, all resulting in favorable outcomes for clients. Jahne'’s previous plaintiff-side experience handling personal injury litigation provides her with valuable insight into planning effective defense strategies.
