Jahne Maddock represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. Before joining Wilson Elser, Jahne' worked at a boutique insurance defense firm in San Diego, where she gained valuable experience defending clients in first-party bad faith claims and third-party liability claims. She served as second chair in multiple jury trials involving complex first-party bad faith claims, all resulting in favorable outcomes for clients. Jahne'’s previous plaintiff-side experience handling personal injury litigation provides her with valuable insight into planning effective defense strategies.
