Jaime Eagan defends individuals and organizations involved in civil litigation regarding motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents and premises liability accidents. Jaime also has represented insurance companies, trucking companies and employers, as well as individual drivers and owners of vehicles and property across Florida. 

Jaime has handled and tried cases to resolution, often obtaining defense verdicts, across the Tampa/St. Petersburg area. 

While at the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, Jaime represented the agency and its members in lawsuits involving motor vehicle accidents as well as use of force allegations. During that time, she was the legal liaison with the Major Accident Investigation Team (MAIT) and attended schools focused on accident reconstruction. 

Jaime is an adjunct professor at Stetson University College of Law, teaching Trial Advocacy, and coaches members of Stetson’s top-rated trial teams. At the 2022 MLK Civil Rights Mock Trial Competition, the Stetson team won the championship against a field of 18 teams from across the nation.
