James Brodie has experience in various areas of the law, civil and criminal. He prides himself on his ability to effectively communicate with clients and to resolve disputes in a strategic and efficient manner. Presently James focuses his legal practice on insurance, commercial and landlord/tenant matters. He also litigates cases involving casualty, transportation, toxic tort, product liability and healthcare issues.

Prior to joining the firm, James worked at an Albany-based general practice law firm, handling a mix of legal matters, ranging from insurance defense and commercial litigation to family law disputes.
