Jason Schmolze brings more than 25 years of experience in complex litigation. He represents a diverse range of clients, including companies, insurance carriers, and public entities in high-stakes cases involving toxic tort, environmental, product liability, premises liability, commercial, construction, and insurance coverage.

Jason has successfully litigated cases in state and federal courts throughout New Jersey and New York, and successfully obtained numerous dismissals, nominal settlements, and favorable arbitration results for these clients. His experience extends to serving on national coordinating counsel teams, where he manages all phases of mass tort products liability litigation and ensures consistent defense strategies nationwide.
