Jason P. Rubin

Jason Rubin represents individuals and businesses in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of claims involving labor and employment, toxic tort, asbestos, premises liability, construction disputes, professional liability, and product liability, including matters related to medical devices and pharmaceuticals. Jason litigates cases before state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, adeptly managing matters from the pre-claim stage through resolution.

Before joining Wilson Elser, Jason worked at a Philadelphia law firm defending various car manufacturers and distributors in vehicular products liability, warranty, and asbestos matters. He effectively handled all phases of warranty litigation –  including all responsive pleadings, discovery, depositions, inspections, expert reports, and settlements.
