Jeffrey Li represents individuals and businesses in all aspects of civil litigation. He focuses his practice on the defense of claims related to general liability, including product liability, premises liability and motor vehicle accidents. Jeffrey represents clients in medical malpractice lawsuits and long-term care disputes, as well as mass tort litigation. He is well-versed in estate work, primarily handling probate matters.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Jeffrey worked at a prominent plaintiffs’ firm. His experience gives him the inside track on crafting effective defense strategies. During law school, Jeffrey was a law clerk at a Midwest firm and participated in the International Human Rights Clinic, where he dedicated his time to advocating for human trafficking victims from Puerto Rico.
