Jennifer focuses on guiding covered entities and business associates through HIPAA Privacy, Security, and Breach Notification Rule obligations, and regularly supports clients navigating investigations from the Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Jennifer served for more than nine years at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights (OCR), where she led high-impact HIPAA Privacy, Security, and Breach Notification Rule investigations. She regularly advised senior leadership on risk mitigation strategies and enforcement actions, including complex, first-of-their-kind regulatory matters affecting hundreds of thousands of individuals.
