Jessica Forbes handles third-party matters involving coverage issues related to claims of bodily injury and property damage under commercial general liability policies. Her focus is largely in construction defect actions, and she has handled numerous personal injury claims involving condominium associations, as well as life insurance claims. 

In addition, Jessica handles insurance coverage disputes, including policies providing coverage for commercial general liability and life. She also litigates claims of property loss and has dealt successfully with the practical and legal issues involved in assessment and handling, coverage analysis and claims resolution. Jessica issues coverage opinions, consults on strategy for handling potential bad faith claims and litigates declaratory judgment actions for insurance clients. 

Previously, Jessica worked for several large nationwide firms and has represented insurance carriers in numerous third-party claims, with a concentration in construction defect actions involving demands of greater than $10 million. She also handled coverage opinions, coverage position letters, declaratory actions and motion work, and was instrumental in drafting settlement agreements.
