Jessica R. K. Dorman

Jessica R. K. Dorman is an experienced civil litigator who handles cases from inception to conclusion. She is prepared to mediate, arbitrate or take cases to trial as it best serves our clients’ objectives. Jessica’s education in economics and business law gives her a valuable base of knowledge and experience from which to draw when providing analysis of potential case strategies and risk management solutions.

Just before joining the firm, Jessica served as the managing attorney for a mid-size family law practice with offices in San Diego and Los Angeles, overseeing a dozen associate attorneys along with the case progress and strategy for hundreds of cases firmwide.

Prior to her time in family law, Jessica represented individuals in consumer defense cases and prosecution of consumer protection cases, including several class actions in state and federal courts. These cases included breach of contract, torts, unfair competition, fraud, Consumer Legal Remedies Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
