John-Michael Salas has experience representing businesses and individuals in pre-litigation and litigation matters. His practice focuses on the defense of general liability claims with a specific focus on automobile liability, premises liability and personal injury claims. John-Michael has additional experience in professional liability and insurance coverage matters.
John-Michael has obtained multiple settlements well below the original demands, protecting clients from significant exposure and ensuring prompt resolution of claims prior to incurring significant costs. Furthermore, John-Michael has prepared and argued multiple successful motions on the pleadings requiring dismissal and tailoring of original complaints to limit possible liability and exposure for multiple clients.
