John P. Loringer

John P. Loringer (Partner-Milwaukee) and Kevin Geary (Associate-Milwaukee) defended a medical device and health care company in Dakota County, Minnesota, in a claim by plaintiff of a severe traumatic brain injury that allegedly prevented him from returning to any form of employment. John and Kevin were able to convince the jury that plaintiff's injury was limited to a strain/sprain and that the total damage award should be under the client’s statutory offer of judgment, thereby allowing our client to recover its costs and expenses. Plaintiff requested damages of several million dollars.
