John S. Graham has more than 15 years of experience as a litigator, having defended a variety of individuals, companies and insurers in cases involving premises liability, automobile and trucking accidents, medical malpractice and construction defects. John has significant experience in complex litigation and draws on his practice before state and federal courts across Mississippi. As an experienced defense attorney, John understands the complexities and nuances that arise in various cases, and his attention to detail assists him in identifying critical issues that can impact outcomes.

John values judicial efficiency and economy, and has an instinct for valuing cases, enabling him to reach cost-effective resolutions. He has successfully mediated hundreds of cases and enjoys the alternative dispute aspect of the practice of law.
