John Palenski practices in the area of general liability matters, primarily in aviation, transportation, product liability and insurance coverage. He has litigated before administrative agencies and courts throughout Virginia. John was one of 20 nominated finalists who successfully completed Wilson Elser’s rigorous Mock Trial Invitational through which our most successful trial lawyers impart their knowledge to those destined to join their ranks.

Prior to working at Wilson Elser, John represented employers and insurers in employer liability, product liability and workers’ compensation matters. John also taught English/American culture in Germany on a Fulbright ETA Scholarship.
