Jordan Wilkinson represents established businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of claims related to premises liability, business and real estate litigation, and transportation matters involving commercial motor carrier liability. Jordan has successfully defended catastrophic injury lawsuits brought against commercial motor carriers, product manufacturers and distributors. He adeptly handles litigation for enterprises ranging from closely held corporations to Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Jordan worked at a regional insurance defense firm, where his practice focused on general liability. He also gained experience and acquired a diverse legal background working at several boutique commercial litigation and transactional firms.

During law school, Jordan was a judicial extern for the Honorable Solomon Oliver, Jr. in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
