Joseph Hanlon is primarily involved in the defense of toxic tort, product liability and premises liability claims. Joe’s representative clients include premises owners, petrochemical companies and refineries, personal care product manufacturers and other large and small product manufacturers. He also has experience defending clients involved in construction, professional liability, commercial, class action and consumer fraud matters. Joe has tried cases in New Jersey's Law Division and participated in appeals before New Jersey’s Appellate Division and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit.

He has represented product manufacturers, chemical manufacturers, premises owners and petroleum refineries in thousands of lawsuits involving alleged exposures to asbestos, talc, silica, welding fumes, catalysts, mold and arsenic as well as numerous chemical components of consumer products.
