Joshua Hamm is a zealous trial attorney who represents insurance carriers, established businesses and individuals in several areas of civil litigation throughout Texas. He has successfully tried numerous cases to bench and jury verdict while settling hundreds of other cases through mediation. What sets Josh apart is his strategic approach to litigation and his diligent commitment to preparing each of his cases for trial while achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients. Josh is known for his ability to parachute into a case other lawyers would avoid and develop effective strategies to achieve positive outcomes for the client.

In addition to representing national insurance carriers in first-party litigation and subrogation, Josh has represented established businesses in construction defect, toxic tort, breach of contract claims including under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act, employment, premises liability and personal injury including wrongful death claims. He also has represented individuals in auto liability, dog bite and general liability matters.

Prior to shifting the focus of his practice to insurance defense, Josh represented the state of Texas as an Assistant Attorney General in the Child Support Division of the Office of the Texas Attorney General. In that role, he was an advocate for children throughout the state, establishing meaningful court orders that provided necessary support and visitation to families.

Josh served honorably for 12 years in the United States Marines Corps Reserves. He currently serves as president of the Aspiring Youth Foundation, an organization that provides mentorship to inner city youth.
