Justin Shireman focuses his practice in the areas of commercial and complex tort litigation, with emphasis on insurance defense, general liability, product liability defense and toxic tort. Justin has achieved certification in the firm’s rigorous National Mock Trial Program, through which our most successful trial lawyers impart their knowledge to those destined to join their ranks.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Justin worked eight years for a well-respected, mid-size Boston law firm in a variety of insurance and product liability defense, toxic tort, premises liability and medical malpractice matters. His past clients range from medical service providers to manufacturers and distributors in automotive, arboriculture, and medical device fields. While engaged in all stages of litigation, including trial, Justin works to obtain efficient and successful resolution for his clients.  In 2007-2008, Justin served as the judicial law clerk assigned to the Providence Superior Court Dispositive Motion Calendar.
