Kasey H. McNamara

Kasey McNamara represents physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, and other health care providers in complex medical negligence matters. She efficiently and cost-effectively guides clients through all phases of civil litigation. Kasey’s experience includes trying dozens of cases before juries and dozens more before the bench. At home in the courtroom, Kasey prides herself on being equally comfortable arguing a motion before a judge or explaining a technical concept to a jury.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Kasey built a comprehensive health care practice at a Virginia firm, where she represented medical professionals throughout the state in a diverse range of legal matters. Her practice encompassed litigation defense and regulatory representation, providing her with a unique understanding of the full spectrum of challenges facing health care providers.

Before working in civil litigation defense, Kasey spent a decade in the Office of the Fairfax County Public Defender in Virginia, where she advanced to the level of Senior Trial Attorney. As a criminal defense attorney, Kasey gained extensive experience handling complex scientific and forensic evidence and demonstrated exceptional trial advocacy skills, securing numerous acquittals in jury trials.
