Kelly Cozza has more than 15 years of experience defending a wide range of matters in civil litigation. She handles complex tort and general casualty matters including premises liability, transportation, property damage, product liability, and construction matters. Kelly has extensive experience defending and advising business entities and insurance companies in first-party and third-party claims. She takes pride in developing and implementing aggressive defense strategies tailored to each matter.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Kelly was a partner at a New Jersey firm where her practice focused on defending significant personal injury claims arising from commercial automobile and trucking accidents as well as claims of premises liability and negligent security.
