Kellyn Wilcox is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice on the defense of medical malpractice claims. She is well-versed in litigating a wide range of civil and criminal matters, effectively handling all stages of litigation from inception to resolution – both in and out of the courtroom.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Kellyn was a plaintiff’s attorney at a Maryland personal injury firm, where she handled catastrophic personal injury and medical malpractice matters. Her plaintiff-side work gives her a unique advantage as part of the firm’s medical malpractice defense team, enabling her to anticipate plaintiffs’ arguments in developing effective defense strategies. Previously, Kellyn worked at a boutique personal injury and criminal defense firm, appearing in court almost daily.

Kellyn began her legal career as a judicial law clerk in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City in Maryland. During law school, she gained valuable insight into public service and federal government work as an intern at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in Washington, DC.
