Kelsi Wade Piatkowski

Kelsi Wade Piatkowski (Associate-Houston) achieved a unanimous “take-nothing” jury verdict in Harris County for Wilson Elser’s client, a property management company. The plaintiff sought thousands of dollars in damages alleging the management company was liable for discrimination, intimidation, harassment and infliction of emotional distress in actions that occurred following violations of the Homeowner’s Association deed restrictions. Kelsi’s arguments and witness testimony established the lack of evidence in support of the plaintiff’s claims, and the take-nothing verdict for our client means that the court ruled the plaintiff failed to prove her case and “takes nothing” on the claims with zero owed by our client.
