Kimberly Wilson has more than 15 years of experience practicing in the areas of health care, premises liability, personal injury defense, mass tort litigation (including products liability and medical malpractice defense), medical malpractice and commercial litigation. She represents individuals and corporations in transactional and litigation matters and represents physicians, nurses, dentists, physical therapists and other health care providers before state boards. In addition, Kimberly advises facilities owners regarding policies and procedures and workplace issues, corporate structure, admissions documentation, compliance issues, risk management and advertising, and she assists with internal investigations and audits. Her practice also has included representation of multiple health care providers with a focus on long-term care providers and private corporations.

A respected member of the Dallas legal community, Kimberly has served as a partner with several prestigious firms in the area. Following law school, she clerked for the Honorable William “Bud” Arnot, Chief Justice, Eleventh Court of Appeals, Eastland, Texas. She is the author and presenter of many continuing education programs regarding health care issues in Texas and New Mexico and has conducted interactive discussions explaining the impact of facility practices and policies on litigation involving the Reptile Theory.
