Kurt Hendershott is an experienced litigator representing businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of claims related to transportation, employment harassment and discrimination, and general liability, including premises liability and product liability. Kurt has specific experience representing major transportation companies, as well as automobile and motorcycle dealerships, in wrongful death /catastrophic loss, products liability and employment matters. He has served as a featured speaker and panelist before the California Motor Car Dealers Association.
An experienced trial attorney, who has successfully handled a number of binding arbitrations as well, Kurt is keenly focused on the interests of each client, developing the appropriate litigation strategy for the individual client to work toward a successful outcome. Kurt carefully considers the client’s desires at each stage of pre-litigation and litigation of the case, and works toward an effective resolution by settlement negotiation, mediation, trial or arbitration.
