Kurt J. Parker, Jr.

Kurt Parker represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. He focuses his practice in the areas of insurance coverage disputes, product liability, complex torts and insurance coverage disputes. Kurt has extensive experience representing clients through initial case investigation, discovery, motion practice, mediation and settlement, as well as trial preparation.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Kurt worked at a defense firm where he served as litigation counsel for national professional insurance carriers. In that role, Kurt represented hospitals, physicians and other health care providers in complex civil lawsuits and administrative proceedings.
