Lauren Orner has more than a decade of experience representing businesses and individuals in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including premises liability, catastrophic injury, consumer fraud, civil rights, discrimination, product liability and general liability. She has extensive experience representing insurance companies and their insured, along with self-insured companies. Lauren’s practice has focused primarily on complex litigation in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. 

Lauren has successfully handled numerous arbitrations and mediations and all phases of litigation.  

In addition, Lauren has experience with a wide range of transportation, bodily injury, wrongful death, employment, premises liability, contracts and product liability matters. She also defends and manages claims on behalf of bars and restaurants in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death and liquor liability, and has defended premises owners in toxic tort claims. Lauren also has handled commercial disputes and employment matters pending before state and federal courts and agencies, including the EEOC.
