Lauren Crossman represents clients in a range of civil litigation matters, including construction defect, insurance coverage, bad faith, professional liability, and complex commercial disputes.
Before law school, Lauren worked for a large property and casualty insurance company, where she gained valuable insight into the insurance industry and claims-handling process. After law school, she began her practice representing architects and engineers in disputes involving alleged design and construction defects, as well as clients in other complex litigation matters. She also has significant experience representing insurers in coverage and bad faith litigation, including matters involving first- and third-party claims, coverage analysis, reservation-of-rights issues, declaratory judgment actions, and disputes arising under commercial general liability and other types of policies.
