Mathew Ross (Partner-White Plains, NY | New York, NY) was quoted in the December 10, 2021, edition of The American Lawyer in an article titled “Clients Support Using Virtual Litigation Post-Pandemic, Study Finds.” The pandemic required attorneys to begin conducting litigation virtually, and a survey commissioned by Wilson Elser showed clients and attorneys in the insurance litigation space are open to continue this trend while the parties against whom a petition is filed tended to be more averse to online litigation. Mat advised, “Lawyers need to be strategic in making recommendations to our clients on which case types and activities are best suited for virtual litigation.”
