Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Lindsay worked at a Louisville, Kentucky, firm, where her practice centered on insurance defense and personal injury litigation. Previously, Lindsay practiced at a national firm specializing in civil litigation matters, including corporate and business law, and commercial litigation. In addition, Lindsay gained valuable insight into criminal law and procedure as an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney in the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney in Jefferson County, Kentucky.

In the premises liability area, Lindsay has successfully handled cases for local businesses involving slip and fall incidents and various bodily injury claims. Additionally, she has successfully defended establishments against high-exposure dram shop claims, drawing on her experience as a prosecutor and in handling auto accident litigation to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
