Lindsay Porter represents individuals and established businesses in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of claims involving personal injury, automobile liability, and premises liability, including dram shop cases.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Lindsay worked at a Louisville, Kentucky, firm, where her practice centered on insurance defense and personal injury litigation. Previously, Lindsay practiced at a national firm specializing in civil litigation matters, including corporate and business law, and commercial litigation. In addition, Lindsay gained valuable insight into criminal law and procedure as an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney in the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
