Loren Yudovich represents clients in a wide array of civil litigation, with an emphasis on complex commercial litigation. She defends matters involving breach of contract, noncompete agreements, trade secrets, shareholder disputes and derivative actions. Loren is well-versed in handling cases related to insurance defense, fraud, cyber fraud, tortious interference and toxic torts, as well as maritime and admiralty law matters and injunctive and declaratory relief actions. Loren is involved in all phases of litigation, from drafting briefs, motions and memoranda of law to skillfully conducting depositions and resolving matters through mediation, settlement conferences and commercial arbitration. Loren litigates matters in state and federal courts throughout the United States and its territories on behalf of domestic and international clients.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Loren worked at a boutique firm in Miami, primarily handling commercial and business litigation in various state and federal courts. Previously, she worked for a national litigation practice focused on the defense of corporate clients. During law school, Loren gained valuable experience in legal research and court procedures as a judicial intern in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.
