Lucas Tabor concentrates his litigation practice on general insurance defense, with an emphasis on large, high-exposure cases. His practice focuses on the defense of claims involving general liability, premises and construction liability, trucking liability, product liability, and professional liability. Lucas has achieved certification in Wilson Elser’s rigorous Mock Trial Invitational, through which our most successful trial lawyers impart their knowledge to those destined to join their ranks.

Lucas has extensive experience litigating catastrophic trucking and transportation claims involving motor carriers, freight brokers, and contract carriers in matters related to bodily injury, property damage, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, and DOT compliance. His clear understanding of the unique issues facing commercial carriers, including theories of load securement, negligent selection, and hours of service, enables him to provide an efficient and effective defense for clients.
