Ludmilla Hovsepian defends virtually every type of premises liability and personal liability claim on behalf of some of the world’s largest insurance carriers and scores of organizations that retain our services directly. Her practice spans multiple areas of civil litigation, including property law, subrogation, ADA compliance, unlawful detainer, personal injury, and contract disputes. Ever mindful of the increasing economic pressures under which our clients conduct their businesses, Ludmilla places the highest premium on resolving claims quickly and efficiently while ensuring a positive attitude throughout resolution.

Before entering private practice, Ludmilla gained extensive prosecutorial experience through internships with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office (Special Prosecutions Unit), Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, and Santa Barbara County District Attorney’s Office. During that time, she argued motions in court, prepared complex legal memoranda and briefs, and achieved a strong record of success in her courtroom appearances.

In her time as an associate attorney at her previous firm, Ludmilla skillfully handled all stages of litigation – from depositions and motion practice to settlement negotiations and client communication – ensuring that each matter that crosses her desk is advanced with precision and professionalism.

Ludmilla has earned recognition for her commanding presence in depositions, her sharp written advocacy, and her ability to negotiate advantageous settlements for her clients. She is deeply valued for her collaborative communication style, strategic foresight, and relentless commitment to achieving the best possible results for every client.
