Manuel A. Palaguachi is a results-oriented litigator with significant experience litigating a wide range of complex commercial and construction claims. He is well-versed in representing Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies in federal and state courts throughout New York and New Jersey. Manuel is equally comfortable handling disputes before administrative agencies, including OSHA and the U.S. Department of Labor. He has secured numerous summary judgment victories for clients and has first-chair trial experience.
Before joining Wilson Elser, Manuel practiced at a national firm, primarily representing architects and engineers in professional liability litigation and defending construction managers, general contractors, and owners against New York State Labor Law claims
