Marcella Lovo is an attorney who advises individuals and corporations in complex litigation. Her experiences include defending cases which involve personal injury, insurance coverage, premises liability and toxic tort. As part of Wilson Elser’s accomplished insurance litigation team, Marcella has an array of resources to handle diverse claims, varying from construction, landlord/tenant, and coverage issues.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Marcella primarily handled claims involving maritime and workers’ compensation issues and is licensed to practice in Illinois and Texas. During law school, Marcella was an intern for the Chief Judge in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maine. Prior to law school, she received an M.A. in French Literature at New York University. She is a native of Miami, Florida and first generation professional.
