She has represented dozens of large national corporations and insurers. 

Marcella’s diverse experience includes state and federal trials, to both courts and juries, state and multidistrict class actions, and appellate practice. She has routinely taken on the role of lead counsel for litigated and trial matters. Marcella’s practice is national and she has been admitted in many courts across the country.

Product Liability
Marcella has extensive experience defending product liability suits related to industrial equipment, consumer products, household appliances, chemicals and manufacturing components. These matters have included claims for wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, commercial and property losses. 

Medical Malpractice & Long-Term Care
Marcella has litigated medical claims related to losses in long-term care facilities as well as many health care providers including traditional, emergency and alternative care providers. These matters have included wrongful death and other significant personal injury claims. 

Professional Liability
Marcella also has represented many non-medical professionals in professional liability and malpractice claims. She is active in professional liability groups.

Premises & Construction
Marcella also defends companies in relation to premises liability, construction defects, work accidents or personal injury on worksites, including allegations of defective work and contractual breach related to contractors, premises owners and retailers. Marcella has handled cases involving complicated HVAC systems, mass property damage, catastrophic personal injury, water and fire property damage, product failure, and related building and design defects.
