Marco Costa is an experienced attorney representing domestic and international clients in a variety of civil matters, including business and commercial transactions, corporate compliance, commercial litigation, employment and labor, and business immigration.

Born and raised in Milan, Italy, Marco assists foreign companies wanting to do business and/or invest in the United States by setting up their desired entity structure, preparing and drafting all required corporate documents, and guiding them through the entire start-up phase.

Marco serves as general counsel of the Italian Association of Arizona.

Marco assists companies with their global mobility matters by applying for and securing various types of business and employment visas, including E-1 and E-2 visas, L-1 visas, O visas, P visas, TN visas, and EB-1, 2, and 3 visas, along with adjustment of status and naturalization procedures.

Italy
Marco serves Italian companies desiring to invest in the United States by providing complete legal assistance in order to enter and establish within the U.S. market. An Italian native speaker, Marco provides effective communications and helps clients to overcome the barriers and navigate all issues between the Italian and the U.S. systems.
