Maryam has extensive experience handling all stages of litigation, from drafting and arguing motions to taking and defending depositions, as well as representing clients at mediation and trial. Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Maryam worked at a Seattle-based litigation defense firm, handling complex litigation in a broad range of practice areas. Previously, she served as claims counsel for a global specialty property casualty insurance company, where she gained valuable insight into risk management, claims evaluation, and litigation strategy from an insurer’s perspective.
