Matthew Halldorson is an experienced litigator who primarily defends physicians, hospitals, and other health care providers against complex medical malpractice claims. He has experience in all stages of litigation, including jury trials, drafting and arguing motions, conducting discovery, performing legal research, and evaluating claims.
Before joining Wilson Elser, Matt was an associate and later a principal at a medical malpractice defense firm in Seattle, where he represented clients in medical malpractice cases, licensing and disciplinary actions, and general liability claims.
After law school, Matt clerked for the Honorable Deborah A. Robinson of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. He began his litigation practice defending the city of New York in toxic and mass tort actions.
