Matthew Paris represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, construction defects, premises liability and automobile liability. Matt has achieved certification in Wilson Elser’s rigorous Mock Trial Invitational, through which our most successful trial lawyers impart their knowledge to those destined to join their ranks.

Matt has successfully handled cases involving legal malpractice. In the area of construction defects, he has defended clients against claims of poor workmanship/craftsmanship. In addition, he has successfully handled premises liability claims related to slip and falls, fires, pest infestations and shootings. In the area of automobile liability, Matt has successfully handled cases arising from passenger vehicle and common carrier accidents.
